Independent Recovery Resources (IRR) is led by Anita M. Manghisi, IFCCE, President and Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Manghisi is a Past President and former Legislative Chairwoman of the New York State Collectors Association and has served two terms as a Board Director for ACA International, the largest and most influential trade association representing the credit and collection industry. Her leadership, regulatory expertise, and more than 30 years of industry knowledge provide IRR with a strong foundation in compliance, operational excellence, and ethical receivables management.
